Welcome to Gentle Haven AFH — Where Care Feels Like Home!
A warm, family-style home providing personalized 24-hour care in a safe, comfortable setting. Our CNA 2 Operator and Registered Nurse (RN) both live onsite and bring 10+ years of healthcare experience, providing knowledgeable and compassionate support. We also have awake night staff for around-the-clock care and peace of mind.
Our home is wheelchair accessible and APD Level 2, with Level 3 residents considered based on individual care needs. We are committed to dignity, independence, safety, comfort, and making every resident feel at home.
