How To Check The Complaint History

You may review the compliance history of any Aging and People with Disabilities adult care home by using the search tool below. These public files document all complaints against the home, and also contain all annual inspection reports. You can search by Operator name or license number, please review the folder titled, "AA-Acronym Keys" for common abbreviations used in documents.

The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; no appointment is necessary.
