Welcome to Lagom Care. We are a newly licensed, Level 2, family-owned and operated Adult Foster Home, led by a caring and successful RN with 20+ years of comprehensive medical experience. Our home accommodates up to five residents, featuring three private rooms with individual restrooms and one shared room for two, complete with a separate shared bathroom with a convenient roll-in shower.
We take pride in serving home-cooked meals tailored to our residents' preferences, presented in a welcoming, family-style dining setting. Our dining and activity areas are designed to foster engagement and community, encouraging residents to participate in meals and various activities.
Our home is located in Southeast Portland, in the heart of the Montavilla neighborhood. Residents can enjoy lunch or dinner on our spacious and secure balcony when the weather permits, perfect for outdoor relaxation.
