Home Description: The Operator has years of experience working with I/DD individuals who demonstrate very challenging, high behavior needs, ADL supports and severe mental illness. Our home is located a block from SE Adventist Hospital of Portland. The bathroom and shower are both wheelchair accessible. The home is close to public transportation ( bus & train) and Mall 205 is within walking distance. We are also close to the mid county aging and disability office. We provide a free high speed internet and Wi-Fi. Our goal is focusing on resident center care and promoting independence. The home is fully furnished and ready for immediate occupancy.
