 Josmar Adult Home Care provides quality patient-oriented and centered care to our residents. We are situated in a quiet beautiful neighborhood in the suburbs of Portland, Oregon. We are close to major hospitals and other amenities. 

Our home is RN-owned and managed by an experienced Registered Nurse/BSN, who lives in the house, and has over 15 years of experience in diverse healthcare settings including Medical/Surgical Care, Long-Term Care, Psychiatric Care, and RN-Case manager/Primary Nurse.

Residents’ wing consists of five large bedrooms and wired for private cable TV and phone line. Bathrooms are ADA-complaint wheelchair use, the shared spaces (living and dining room areas) are large and open to entertain our residents in various activities including cards, games, puzzles, arts/crafts, music, and movies. Our big backyard and beautiful patio provide a relaxing atmosphere. We provide home-cooked meals and accommodate clients’ dietary preferences.

We provide care 24-hr care to our residents which includes medication management, disease process management and coordination of care with other care providers to enhance best patients’ outcomes.
