Home Description:
Precious Memory Adult Care Home (PMACH) is a home where we promote independence. We aspire to meet the physical, mental and spiritual needs of our residents. This is a home like environment where love, compassion and respect overflows. It is run by an experienced Doctor of Nurse practitioner along with well trained and CNA certified caregivers who advocate for our clients autonomy, dignity and the resident's unique identity.

PMACH is licensed for five residents and we welcome both private and Medicaid/ Medicare payment. The home is currently licensed/contracted to support people living with advanced dementia. The two available rooms are private, clean, furnished with a bed, night stand, chest drawer, cable and internet. There are 3 male residents currently residing in the home, and we are open to male or female residents. The home is located between Burnside and Glisan and within walking distance from the max station and shopping center.
