Home Description: Vera House of Care (VHC) is located at SE 174th Avenue between Powell and Division. It is a beautiful house in a peaceful neighborhood, with full fence, big front yard and backyard, and a deck. A cozy living room offers plenty of room for socializing, exercise and other activities. VHC has 5 residents bedrooms and one full bathroom with grab bars.
Medical and personal care are provided. We encourage independence to improve the quality of life in a safe and secure environment. It is an ideal home for someone who needs a homelike setting and personalized care. At VHC, residents are treated as part of the family, with dignity.
VHC serves fresh and delicious meals and snacks, manages dietary needs, and provides companionship, medication management, assistance and supervision with activities of daily living. Provider has a Level 2 license and has years of experience providing care for older adults, people experiencing mental health needs, and Traumatic Brain Injury. We are here to best serve your needs.
