Home Description: This home designated by the Adult Care Home program as LGBT welcoming.
Get spoiled every day in a beautiful setting, inside and out. Receive person-centered care with private room and bath. We have spacious barrier-free access and living areas; 24 hour call button, and a security camera at front door.
Our meals are delicious with an emphasis on organic, local, and sustainable ingredients. We are constantly trying new recipes. There is always ice cream, just name your flavor!
We are fun, social, and active group. We enjoy music, arts and crafts, playing games and working on a variety of puzzles. Some of the other activities we enjoy are; gardening, relaxing on the patio, bird watching, breakfast coffee time and reading the morning newspaper. We follow sports teams. We like to celebrate birthdays and decorating for the holidays.
Julie, the home's operator, has 11 years experience working in ICU's as a Respiratory Therapist and 16 years experience in adult care giving, including Hospice.
