Description: This stream feature class was created using the best available data sources across the county. It is largely derived based on METRO LIDAR data collected from 2004-2007. The DEM was used to run the hydrology tools for each HUC 6 unit within or intersecting MULTCO jurisdiction. A more detailed depiction of the stream lines can be seen within Multnomah County jurisdiction. Stream features that continue outside of this jurisdiction are either copied from another stream data source or filled in with a greater degree of generalization.
