The Provider is a Licensed Practical Nurse with 16 years of experience. The Resident Manager is a Registered Nurse. Our team of caregivers are licensed and trained to meet the needs of a wide range of care services.
Our mission is to provide high quality care and provide dignity to our residents. We provide independence to our residents by offering customized care plans suited to their individual needs and preferences.
We have one private room with private bathroom and 4 private rooms with shared bathrooms. All the rooms are wheelchair accessible. We have Xfinity TV and Wi-Fi.
We are located in a quiet neighborhood close to public parks, restaurants and shopping mall and public transportation.
