Home Description:

Currently, we are serving three individuals in our home. The individuals enjoy going out in the community and participate in different community activities.
We provide support for the individuals with ADL support. These include but are not limited to personal hygiene, bathing, eating, dressing, mobility, medication administration, bowel and bladder care.
We also support individuals with IADL support. These include but are not limited to grocery shopping, meal prep, laundry, assistance with medical appointments and support around socialization and participation in the community.
