Multnomah County Asthma/Housing Program

Welcome to the Multnomah County Health Department Asthma Intervention and Housing programs - AIR or Healthy Homes. From this website you can make a referral to our programs. We will screen the application and enroll the participant in the most appropriate program. There is no cost for any of our programs. Only Multnomah County residents are eligible for these programs.

• AIR is a one time environmental home inspection program for children with asthma who have a medical provider. There is no income limit for this program.
• Healthy Homes is a program for children with asthma who are being seen by a medical provider. This program includes nursing case management and visits by a Community Health Worker to eliminate asthma triggers in your home. Eligible families must be income qualified for Medicaid or on Oregon Health Plan.
