The Multnomah County Health Department's Asthma Inspection Program (AIR) website has changed. Please click here to be directed to the new Multnomah County Health Department Asthma Intervention and Housing programs - AIR, CAIR or Healthy Homes. You will need to register for this new site if you have not enrolled clients before. After you are registered, you simply use the same site for any of our Asthma programs and we will place the client in the most appropriate program.

If you have questions or need additional information, please send an email to infocair@multco.us or call Multnomah County Environmental Health at 503-988-3400 and ask for the CAIR program. If you have a client who meets any of the criteria and want to submit a referral to us, call or email us and we will create a user account for you.
